最低工資是政府保障基層勞工的措拖，從2011年首次實施為時薪28元之後曾上調4次，而2021年凍結在37.5元水平，直至去年展開新一輪的最低工資水平檢討，行會已接納最低工資委員會的建議，將最低工資水平由現時的每小時37.5調升至40元，最新法定最低工資由下月開始實施，估計受惠人數為4.6萬至8.7萬人......
