房屋委員會資助房屋小組上個月底宣佈「居屋2023」計劃推售6個新樓盤，同時決定收緊綠表買家資格，其後房委會亦擬修改公屋富戶政策。公屋住戶於入住後，入息資產超額需要在指定期內遷出，交還公屋，當局提到有一半持有「定期暫准居住證」的富戶，會利用12個月的「暫住期」轉移資產，以重新符合入住公屋資格。委員認為長達一年的暫住期是濫用公屋的漏洞，應該盡快收窄。
